AUB 's Golden Issue yearbook of 2015-2016 concept

the concept was to embrace the AUB history in a contemporary touch 

After researching all of the past yearbooks on campus I was mostly inspired by the 1970s yearbook 

It was an amazing edition. 

The cover was a recreation of an image taken by an AUB student from the 1970s yearbook. 

The image portrait two students standing opposite to each other holding umbrellas right in front of our west hall. I looked up the photographer's name and found that he has become a well-known doctor in his field. This is where I started thinking of the universality of our lives, of time, of the college experience. these ideas inspired the theme "a century and a half later"
